Important note
The new Terminal 3 at Frankfurt Airport has been in operation since April. Due to the ongoing implementation phase, there may be longer waiting times for our VIP-Services as well. If you are departing from or arriving at Terminal 3, we recommend that you allow significantly more time for your stay at the airport. You can check our airline directory to see if your flight departs from Terminal 3.
