Location VIP-Services Frankfurt Airport

Fraport‘s VIP-Services is located right behind airport entrance 13 atTerminal 1, arrivals level, between Hall A and B. Before you approachairport entrance 13, you have to access airport entrance 14. Coming from the motorway A3 or A5 respectively from thehighway B43, please follow the signs:

„Frankfurt“

„Terminal 1 / Tor 11-15“

Follow “Ankunft/Arrivals” using the middle lane.

Enter the roundabout following “Tor 11-14”.

Take the first exit on the roundabout towards “Tor 11-14”.

At Tor 14, please stop at the pillar.
At the pillar, please ring the bell by pushing the bottom rightbutton. Once your call is answered, please mention the keyword“VIP-Services” and your company’s/institution’s name or thename of the guest you are bringing or picking up. Remove theparking ticket from the pillar. The VIP assistant will validate theticket in our VIP lounge.

After passing the barrier, follow the road for 100 meters and turnright to “Tor 13” (airport entrance 13). Ring the bell at the pillar.You will find parking spaces on the right side or directly in front ofthe lounge.
